We collect the following information: (1) Email address — submitted voluntarily when you subscribe. (2) Health focus preferences (e.g. Sleep, Body, Mind, Energy, Well-being) — selected during onboarding to personalise your daily protocol. (3) Local browser data — your completed actions and recently shown content are stored in your browser's localStorage only and never sent to us or any third party.

We collect your email and preferences solely to send you a personalised daily Spartickles Protocol email. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you subscribe. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Your email address and focus preferences are stored securely in Supabase (supabase.com), a GDPR-compliant cloud database with servers in the EU. Your email is also processed by Beehiiv (beehiiv.com), our email delivery platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

We have no visibility into your on-site behaviour, completed actions, or localStorage data. The only personal information we receive is your email address and the focus areas you selected during onboarding.

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Following unsubscription, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR and GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@spartickles.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
