Spartickles Protocol does not use cookies of any kind — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies.

We use browser localStorage to save your completed actions and recently shown content locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us.

When you subscribe, your email address and selected focus areas (e.g. Sleep, Body, Mind) are saved to our secure database and email platform so we can send you your daily protocol. This data is stored in Supabase (database) and Beehiiv (email delivery), both GDPR-compliant. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can clear your local browser data at any time by going to your browser settings and clearing site data for spartickles.com.
